Job summary

Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for outpatient services. The OT will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to promote independence and safety in daily activities.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, educating caregivers, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting patient success in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license.
• CPR certification.
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems (preferred).
• Experience in rehabilitation setting (preferred but not required).

• Develop individualized treatment plans promoting independence in daily living.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that enhance motor skills, cognition, and adaptive abilities.

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support patient success.
