Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Active Licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification at hire.
• Strong communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills.

• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
• Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment goals and discharge plans.

• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical practices, and follow organizational policies on attendance, dress code, and infection control.
• Engage in professional development, mandatory training, and orientation activities.
• Promote excellent customer service, applying communication principles like AIDET, fostering teamwork, and ensuring positive patient experiences.
