Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per-Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Marlborough, CT. We are a therapist-owned company focused on ethical patient care, excellent outcomes, and work-life balance.

The position offers a Good Faith Rate Range of $50-$55 per hour. OTA license or eligibility is required, and flexible, team-based work is encouraged.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold an OTA license or be eligible to practice in the state.
• Provide therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and timely documentation.
• Work well in a collaborative team with rehab and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a SNF setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.
