Preferred Therapy Solutions in Salisbury, CT is seeking a Per-Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join our sub-acute rehab team. You will provide comprehensive therapy services in a skilled nursing facility and work closely with nursing staff to support residents' independence.

The ideal candidate has an OTA license or is license-eligible in CT, is proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Must possess a current OTA license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Proficient with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
