Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for our Bloomfield, CT location. You will provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting, collaborating with rehab therapists and nursing staff to achieve resident independence.

The role requires an OT license (or eligibility) in CT, strong computer skills for electronic documentation, and flexibility with hours. We offer competitive pay and a generous PTO/benefits package.

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team setting
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in CT
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation
• Be flexible with hours
