Preferred Therapy Solutions in Dexter, ME is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join our sub-acute rehab team.

You will provide therapy services, collaborate with rehab staff, hold an OT license or be license eligible, and enjoy flexible hours with competitive pay of $40–$45 per hour. Strong documentation skills in Outlook/Office and EMR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to practice in ME.
• Per diem/flexible schedule, weekend coverage may be required.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Strong documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-based setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation with electronic systems.
• Demonstrate flexibility with hours and caseload.
