Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services for adult and geriatric patients in and around Lockport. You will work with a flexible schedule and a consistent caseload, supported by a team focused on patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits*

  • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
  • Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
  • Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
