Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Lockport. If you are looking for a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a team that supports you - we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home OT services, evaluating mobility and function, and educating patients and families on recovery plans. Compensation is per visit and depends on experience and equity.

Qualifications

  • Active OT license in good standing.
  • BLS CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Compensation and Benefits*

  • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

An active OT license is required to be considered for this position.
