Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide temporary coverage in a school-based setting in Mesa, Arizona. This assignment is expected to begin in January 2027 and last approximately 12 weeks, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The OT will support students across five school sites, including four elementary schools and one junior high school, and will be responsible for supervising a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students across K8 educational settings
• Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative OT services
• Travel between four elementary schools and one junior high school as needed
• Supervise and provide guidance to an assigned COTA
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
