Gig Harbor Health & Rehabilitation in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at this 120-bed skilled nursing facility, delivering client-centered OT services to residents.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and adjust treatment plans, aiming to maximize independence in activities of daily living, mobility, and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current state of practice OT License.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT services to residents in a SNF setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Support resident independence in activities of daily living and mobility.
