Job summary

AVIR at Willowcreek is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center. You will create and implement programs in cognition, ADLs, and functional maintenance for a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• TX license required.
• Experience in in-house therapy settings preferred.
• Ability to design and implement cognition/ADL programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OT programs for cognition, ADLs, and functional groups.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological patients in a SNF/post-acute setting.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy team and leadership.
