Job summary

Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. The OT will work with a high-energy interdisciplinary group to deliver patient-centered care for orthopedic and neurological conditions, develop cognition, ADL, and functional maintenance programs, and help build our outpatient services.

Qualifications

• OT license for the state of Texas.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is preferred.
• Passion for high-energy in-house therapy teams.
• Desire to participate in program development and outpatient expansion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement OT interventions.
• Develop cognition, functional maintenance, and ADL programs.
• Contribute to building an outpatient therapy program.
• Provide compassionate patient care to residents.

Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OT who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADL's and creative fun groups. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities and are in the process of building an outpatient program. PRN schedules also available! PRN schedules also available!
