Job summary

VITAL THERAPY - Avir at Cuero is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will deliver focused OT services to residents, help create and implement programs for ADLs, cognition, memory care, and functional maintenance, and work with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license or eligible to practice in TX.
• Experience delivering in-house therapy in skilled nursing settings is preferred.
• Ability to develop programs in ADLs, cognition, and functional maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-house occupational therapy to patients and residents.
• Develop and implement therapy programs for ADLs, cognition, and functional maintenance.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality of care.

AVIR at Cuero, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team.
