Concierge Home Care in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to deliver 1:1 in-home care with a flexible schedule and autonomy. Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license

• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
