Always Best Care Home Health in Honolulu, HI is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to deliver in-home therapy across Oahu. This per diem opportunity emphasizes flexible scheduling, independent caseload management, and one-on-one patient care.

You'll perform initial evaluations, follow-up visits, home safety assessments, and personalized treatment plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license.
• Active Hawaii Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Complete initial evaluations and follow-up visits
• Perform fall risk assessments and home safety evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (OT)
• Assist with treatment interventions established by the supervising OT (COTA)
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Always Best Care Home Health, a Medicare-certified home health agency serving patients throughout O e2ahu. We are seeking compassionate OTs and COTAs who help patients regain independence and improve quality of life through personalized in-home therapy. Compensation

• Occupational Therapist (OT): $80 per routine visit
• Annual salary option: $110,0000,000 (based on caseload)
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA): $60 per visit

Location & Schedule

Location: O81ahu, Hawaii (Reliable transportation required).

Schedule: Flexible Per Diem; Build Your Own Caseload.

About The Role

As an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you\'ll help patients improve their ability to safely perform everyday activities while promoting independence in the home environment.
