Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Oahu, Hawaii seeks licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to deliver in-home therapy, helping patients regain independence and improve daily living skills.

Per diem opportunities offer flexible scheduling, independent caseload management, and meaningful one-on-one patient care, supported by a collaborative clinical team and a focus on quality, safe home environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold Hawaii OT license and be in good standing.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience; home health experience preferred.
• COTA candidates must hold Hawaii COTA license with one year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Complete initial evaluations and follow-up visits
• Perform fall risk assessments and home safety evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (OT)
• Assist with treatment interventions established by the supervising OT (COTA)
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Always Best Care Home Health, a Medicare-certified home health agency serving patients throughout O e2ahu. We are seeking compassionate OTs and COTAs who help patients regain independence and improve quality of life through personalized in-home therapy. Compensation

• Occupational Therapist (OT): $80 per routine visit
• Annual salary option: $110,0000,000 (based on caseload)
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA): $60 per visit

Location & Schedule

Location: O81ahu, Hawaii (Reliable transportation required).

Schedule: Flexible Per Diem; Build Your Own Caseload.

About The Role

As an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you\'ll help patients improve their ability to safely perform everyday activities while promoting independence in the home environment.

• Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred

For Both Positions

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable with community outreach and educational presentations
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
