Colorado Springs Therapy Center is expanding its occupational therapy team with flexible full-time or part-time options for outpatient or school-based work. Locally owned since 2006, CSTC emphasizes high-quality care within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Applicable Colorado licensure and education requirements met.
• Ability to provide therapy, communicate with clients and families, and complete documentation.
• School therapists must determine eligibility for services, develop IEPs, submit Medicaid documentation, collaborate with special education teams, and monitor student progress.
• Able to work independently and with teams; passionate about making a difference.

Full-time salary options of $75,000–$85,000 with signing & retention bonuses of $10,000- additional hourly and employment options also available depending on position and schedule.

Health + Vision Insurance Paid 100% with an HSA Contribution up to $2,200 annually- an estimated $6,190.00 annual employer contribution based on 2027 rates.

120 Hours of PTO + 7 Paid Holidays- plus an additional 8 hours of PTO for each year of employment up to ten years.

Retirement Contribution- SIMPLE IRA with company match of up to 3% and immediate vesting- up to approximately $2,550.

Continuing Education Included- CSTC pursues grant funding each year to expand professional development opportunities, and offers a paid annual OccupationalTherapy.com membership.

Wellness Membership Included- monthly VASA membership paid by CSTC after 90 days.
