Benefits & Compensation

• $8,000 Signing Bonus
• $2,000 Retention Bonus for full time**
• Up to $8,000 Signing Bonus + $2,000 Retention Bonus
• Monthly performance bonus opportunities
• Full-time salary options of $70,000-$80,000. Additional hourly and employment options also available depending on position and schedule
• 100% employee health + vision premium paid for in CSTC's selected plan - estimated employer contribution of $6190.00/year based on 2027 rates
• Up to $2,200 HSA contribution per year
• 120 hours PTO + 7 paid holidays + 8 additional PTO hours for every year you work at CSTC up to ten

What You Need

• Meet applicable Colorado licensure and education requirements.
• Have the ability to provide therapy, communicate with clients and families regarding care, and complete documentation.
• School therapists must be able to determine eligibility for services, develop IEP's, submit Medicaid documentation, collaborate with special education teams, & monitor student progress.
• Be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and have a passion for making a difference!
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Signing bonus, benefit eligibility, HSA contributions, retirement match and other benefits are subject to applicable program terms, eligibility requirements and continued employment. Insurance plans and employer contributions may change with annual plan selection.
