Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an acute rehabilitation unit in Benton, AR. Full-time shift 08:00–16:30, Monday–Friday, with weekends/holidays as needed. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates.
Responsibilities include evaluating daily living tasks, delivering hands-on therapy, tracking progress, and coordinating discharge planning. Requires OT degree, state licensure, and BLS within 30 days of hire.
