Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team at Pivot at Sundance Inn Health Center in New Braunfels, TX. The OT will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop goals and treatment plans, and supervise assistants according to state practice acts.

The role offers competitive pay starting at $43/hour for full-time employment, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of current practice.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients' family members, and staff.
• Must be capable of performing the responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsabilités

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures
• Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindications
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward his or her maximum level of independence and/or function
• Supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with state practice act
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members
