Trilogy Health Services in Indiana seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Paddock Springs in Warsaw. You will assess, plan and deliver OT services in an interdisciplinary setting, focusing on improving functional independence for residents.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Education: Master Degree
Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred
