Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services at Kingston Health Center of Vermilion. You will assess, plan, and implement treatments to improve patients' daily living activities.

Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential to deliver holistic care. You will educate patients and families, document progress, and adapt plans as needed. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in O.T.
• Active OT licensure in state of Ohio.
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and functional outcome measures.

Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Master Degree Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
