Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct rehabilitation care based on physician referrals, delivering high-quality therapy within regulatory standards.

You will develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise OT Assistants and Rehab Aides, document accurately, use therapy software, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and safety in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT)
• Registered/licensed in the applicable state; licensure maintained in good standing
• Certification in CPR (current or obtained during orientation)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
• Strong decision-making skills, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards
• Ability to communicate effectively and work productively within a team
• Prior experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
