AB Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time school-based role in Surprise, Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year. You will conduct assessments, support IEPs/504 Plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to provide direct and consultative OT services.

The assignment runs Monday–Friday with an ASAP start through May 27, 2027, and offers competitive weekly pay, benefits, and credentialing assistance as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapist License.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• School-based Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and interpret results for educational teams.
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Recommend and adapt therapeutic tools, equipment, and strategies based on student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, staff, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with applicable Arizona licensure and school requirements.
• Support students with educational, developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs.

We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time school-based opportunity in the Surprise, Arizona area for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday.
• School-based setting.
• Students with IEPs and/or 504 Plans.
• ASAP start.
• Assignment through May 27, 2027.
• Caseload and specific school assignment TBD.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Pay:

• $55.00–$60.00 per hour.
