Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $1900.00 – $1944.00/week

Schedule

Monday – Friday (08:00 AM – 04:00 PM)

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop OT treatment plans

Provide ADL-focused rehab interventions

Supervise COTAs and coordinate care

Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed

Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.

Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).

Active South Carolina OT license (required)

SNF or rehab experience preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills

Current BLS Certification (AHA) required.
