Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a permanent SNF role in Massachusetts. Start date ASAP. You will evaluate patients, develop OT plans, provide ADL-focused therapy, supervise COTAs, and coordinate care to ensure smooth patient progress.

The ideal candidate has a graduate from an accredited OT program, SNF or rehab experience, and strong clinical and communication skills to support multidisciplinary teams in a facility setting.

Compensation:

$60 – $69/hour (Full-Time)

PRN: $70 – $75/hour
