Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver home-based therapy in the Southwest San Antonio area. The role offers a competitive pay range and the possibility of a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

You will work closely with families and care teams to enhance children’s sensory needs, daily routines, and independence, using efficient point-of-care documentation. Travel within a condensed geographic area is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice.
• Active NBCOT Certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy in home-based settings.
