Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice.
• NBCOT certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Pay: $95,160 - $112,320

Availability: Part-time

Eligible candidates may qualify for a $6,000 sign-on bonus* as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be shared early in the interview process.
