Salinas Valley Post-Acute in Salinas, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our premier rehabilitation team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN roles in a resident-centered environment focused on exceptional clinical outcomes.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Complete initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with functional, cognitive, or ADL limitations.
• Therapeutic Intervention: Provide skilled treatments targeting ADLs, functional mobility, strength, cognition, and safety.
• Equipment & Innovation: Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to ensure a safe transition back to home life.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with PT, SLP, Nursing, and Medical teams to deliver a holistic, coordinated approach to recovery.
• Expert Documentation: Maintain precise, timely documentation of resident progress in accordance with California state standards.
