Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services in a senior living setting. You will assess, plan, and implement therapies to enhance residents’ daily living abilities and independence.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to deliver holistic care. The role requires a Master’s in OT with active licensure and CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy.
• Active OT license in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.

Licenses And Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
