Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Candidates should have a Master’s in OT with 0–1 year of experience and hold a current OT license. CPR certification preferred. Travel may be required, typically less than 10% of the time, as part of patient coverage and team support.

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Master Degree

Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses And Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
