Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team in Indiana. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT interventions to improve residents' daily living skills and functional abilities in a senior living setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in OT and state licensure; CPR certification is preferred. Travel is minimal. We offer competitive pay, benefits after the first month, and a 401(k) match in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
