Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Signature Rehab team to provide top rehab care to residents across our nursing homes nationwide, including outpatient services.

As part of a driven care team, you will work closely with clinicians to facilitate full recoveries and timely returns to daily activities, while maintaining professional standards and pursuing ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation services under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model to help residents recover.
• Collaborate with other clinical caregivers to ensure timely recovery and return to daily activities.
