Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role to provide rehabilitation services to residents in our 154-bed facility. You will collaborate with the care team to plan and deliver OT treatments and support patients toward timely recovery and independence.

Weekend availability is required. The position offers the chance to contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered recovery process within Signature HealthCARE’s team-based model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy.
• Current NBCOT certification or eligibility as required by state guidelines.
• Valid OT license in the state of practice.
• PRN OT role requires weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical team to plan and implement occupational therapy treatment.
• Help residents achieve timely recovery and return to preferred activities.

How you Will make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab's integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Hiring PRN OT's, candidates must have weekend availability
