Job summary

Signature Rehab, part of Signature HealthCARE, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will collaborate with a clinical care team to help residents achieve meaningful recovery and return to daily activities.

The role supports both short-term and long-term residents within Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide, and includes opportunities for outpatient work. Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited OT program with a current NBCOT certificate or eligibility and a

How you Will make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
