Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehabilitation care in a skilled nursing facility, emphasizing improved functional abilities and quality of life.

You will develop and monitor treatment plans, supervise OT staff, document patient progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the applicable state; NBCOT certification preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT).
• CPR certification required; renewal recommended during employment.
