Job summary

AdviniaCare Providence is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in Providence, RI. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to help residents achieve independence, safety, and improved quality of life.

You will assess needs, develop goals, educate residents and families on exercises, and monitor progress to adapt therapies. A current OT license is required to joining our caring community.

Responsibilities
