Job summary

Signature Rehab at Signature HealthCARE of Portland Rehab & Wellness Center seeks an Occupational Therapist to join the team. You will collaborate with clinical caregivers to help residents recover and return to daily activities, delivering comprehensive therapy within an integrated care model.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in OT, NBCOT certification or eligibility, and an active OT license in the applicable state. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical caregivers to ensure residents achieve full recovery and timely return to activities they enjoy.
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents and outpatients as part of Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
