Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our Colonial Rehab & Wellness Center. You will partner with a care team to help residents recover and return to daily activities, delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure residents make a full recovery and return to activities.
• Provide patient-centered OT services, develop treatment plans, and document progress.

Education
