Job summary

Community Therapy Services in Palmdale, CA is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver cutting-edge pediatric therapy for children in the birth-to-three population. You will work with SLPs, BCBAs, and OTs to provide comprehensive, intensive services.

We offer flexible schedules, ongoing CEUs, and a child-friendly, collaborative environment. NBCOT certification, multiple years of birth-to-three experience, and bilingual Spanish are valued assets. A reliable vehicle is preferred.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Masters or Doctorate preferred).
• NBCOT Certification required.
• Minimum 18 months of birth-to-three experience preferred.
• Experience treating autism, developmental disabilities, or related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments using standardized and informal tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical or educational needs.
• Collaborate with families and team members to support growth and goals.
• Develop specialized expertise (feeding certification encouraged).

Pay: $65-75 per hour
