Medical Hill Healthcare Center in Oakland, CA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized OT plans, and implement therapies to improve ADLs and functional independence.

You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists, document progress, educate residents and caregivers, and participate in care planning. California OT license required; new grads welcome; we offer mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current California OT license or eligibility for licensure.
