Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualification

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist at Frontline Personnel, you will perform a variety of tasks in a long‑term care rehab, skilled nursing facility for elderly patients, including:

• Use purposeful activities or interventions to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals with limitations due to:
  • Physical injury or illness
  • Cognitive impairment
  • Psychosocial dysfunction
  • Mental illness
  • Developmental or learning disability
  • Adverse environmental conditions
• Conduct skilled observation and administer or interpret standardized and non‑standardized tests to identify areas needing occupational therapy services.
