Job summary

Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Brooklyn, NY to join our skilled nursing facility team. This full-time position offers a $6,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating individualized OT plans, selecting daily living activities, and documenting progress. We value mentorship, ongoing education, and flexible schedules to support clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current New York State OT License.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric care setting is preferred, but new graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Choose activities that will help the residents to carry out their daily activities independently.
