Job summary

Amergis is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for travel assignments across healthcare facilities. You will evaluate, plan, and implement OT interventions to support patients' functional independence.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Job description

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
