Job summary

Kindred Hospital Lima is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team in Lima, Ohio. This part-time role focuses on evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping patients regain daily living skills.

You will document progress, collaborate with physicians and families, educate on adaptive techniques, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Ohio OT license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Ohio OT license required.
• BLS within 30 days of hire and CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; inpatient rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

How you'll contribute

AnOccupational Therapist who excels in this role:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and an Occupational Therapist license in the state of Ohio. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire
• CPR certification required.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
• Experience in inpatient rehab preferred.
