Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is seeking Occupational Therapists for school-based and clinic positions. We offer competitive pay ($60–$72/hr), full-time or per-diem opportunities, and a collaborative pediatric team.

You will perform direct therapy, conduct assessments, partner with educators and families, document progress, and mentor OT fieldwork students. California license eligibility and a Master’s or Doctorate in OT preferred.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is required.
• California OT license or eligible is required.
• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and clinic settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments in school and clinic settings.
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Supervise and mentor OT fieldwork students as needed.
