Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our pediatric team in California, offering school-based and clinic roles on a full-time or part-time/per-diem basis. Compensation ranges from $60–$72 per hour, with benefits and relocation support available.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering Direct therapy conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
• Collaborating Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
