Job summary

HealthPRO Heritage in North Haverhill, NH, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join Grafton County Nursing and Rehab. This 135-bed facility offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a 4-star rating.

Compensation ranges from $58–$65 per hour for full-time, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. New grads are welcome to apply, and you’ll work with a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver meaningful therapy and improve daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or licensure eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans to meet clients' goals and enhance functional abilities.
• Educate clients and families on daily activities, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with standards.
• Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources and accommodations.
