Job summary

Community Rehabilitation Hospital South, a Lifepoint Health facility in Greenwood, Indiana, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for full-time day shift. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to support functional recovery.

• Document treatment sessions and patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families on care planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
