Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehabilitation care in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on improving patients' functional abilities and quality of life.

You will develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, supervise OT students and aides, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification and valid state licensure.
• Graduate of accredited OT program (BSOT/MSOT).
• CPR certification obtained on hire or during orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and modify individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
